Kani Project
Works created during the artists' residency on Naha Island, Okinawa in 2017. Responding to the source of water on the island where the population began to be abandoned, and then many became crab dwellings. This work responds to visiting sacred locations as a new trend for young residents in the City. Every object were made from object that brought by the ocean to the beach, workshop with the locals to discuss about the pecial type of crab that they remember as a history.
